ORDER

RICHARD T. MORRISON, JUDGE.

On April 3, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution (Doc. 25).

On April 6, 2023, the Court ordered petitioners to file a response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution on or before April 13, 2023.

On April 24, 2023, this case was called from the calendar of the Court's April 24, 2023 remote Trial Session for Houston, Texas. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioners. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard.

As of the date of this Order, no response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution has been received by or on behalf of petitioners.

Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that this case is continued generally from the Court's April 24, 2023 remote Houston, Texas Trial Session. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's April 3, 2023 Motion to Dismiss for Lack Prosecution is no longer taken under advisement by the Undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court shall also serve a copy of this Order on petitioners at the following address: 7526 Quail Meadow Drive, Houston, TX 77071-2314.
