On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the October 4, 2002 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the October 4, 2002 order of the Court of Appeals and we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for plenary consideration. The court is to apply a clearly erroneous standard of review to the circuit court's redaction of the personnel file. Federated Publications, Inc v. City of Lansing, 467 Mich. 98 (2002).
