This is not in compliance with Rule 9.4(d), which requires documents filed in the appellate court to contain double-spaced text. Tex.R.App.P. 9.4(d). The requirement for double-spaced text does not apply to footnotes, block quotes, short lists, or issues or points of error. See id.
Accordingly, the Court strikes the brief and orders appellant to file a corrected brief, with text double-spaced, within 10 days of the date of this order.
