The original petition seeking belated discretionary review is hereby granted and a new case styled Harry L. Henderson v. State of Florida, Case No. SC14–2007, has been set up as a notice to invoke discretionary jurisdiction which is seeking review of the opinion of the district court of appeal dated June 1, 2012. Case No. SC14–1233 is closed.
