Appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 14, 2022 (Case No. 2022-05631) and April 27, 2023 (Case No. 2023-02302), and the appeal on Case No. 2022-05631 having been perfected, And defendants-appellants having moved for consolidation of the aforesaid appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing the Clerk of this Court to calendar the appeals to be heard on the same day within the October 2023 Term of this Court, to which term the perfected appeal under Case No. 2022-05631 is adjourned. Defendants-appellants are directed to perfect their appeal under Case No. 2023-02302 for said October 2023 Term of this Court. The motion is otherwise denied.
