ENTRY AND ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS' UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME (Doc. #129) AND SETTING DEADLINE FOR RESPONSE TO DEFENDANTS' JOINT MOTION TO SEPARATE ISSUES FOR TRIAL


Now before the Court is Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion For Extension of Time To Respond to Defendants's Joint Motion To Separate Issues for Trial. (Doc. #129.) This Motion is unopposed by the Defendants in this matter and is well-founded. It is, therefore, GRANTED.

The deadline by which Plaintiffs must respond to Defendants' Joint Motion To Separate Issues for Trial is extended until not later than fifteen (15) days after the Court has ruled upon all dispositive motions. The deadline for filing any dispositive motions is March 17, 2006.

DONE and ORDERED.
