Action to recover damages for breach of contract, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and referred to Jules A. Karp, attorney fact finder, who recommended judgment for the plaintiff; thereafter, the court, Hale, J., rendered judgment in accordance with the fact finder's recommendation, and the defendants appealed to this court. Affirmed.
