On September 3, 2021, the Commissioner filed a status report to which petitioner agreed with the contents of the report. The parties informed the Court that they are working to resolve this case and that an additional computation needs to be prepared. To keep the Court apprised of the status of this case, it is
ORDERED that, by October 15, 2021, the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or file a stipulation of settlement or a joint status report. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a separate status report reciting that the other party has agreed to its contents.
