Plaintiff-appellant having moved for a stay of enforcement of the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 24, 2018, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, as well as an order directing that the cryo-preserved embryos shall remain in the custody and care of the Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York pending further order of this Court, and related relief,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
