Hekk Management, Inc Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

This case was stricken from the Court's November 2020 New York, New York, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On November 15, 2021, the Commissioner filed a status report, which indicated that the parties have resolved the years at issue in this case. He further explained that there are other years in dispute (unrelated to this case) that petitioner would like to resolve before signing the stipulated decision document for this case.

On December 16, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss how to move forward. In light of the discussion, we will give the parties 120 days to try to resolve this case. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 15, 2022, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision document or a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
