This case was stricken from the Court's October 16, 2023, Phoenix, Arizona trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On July 1, 2024, the parties filed a joint Status Report advising that the parties continue to work together but are not ready to propose a trial date. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before November 4, 2024, the parties shall file further reports regarding the then-present status of this case. If the parties believe this case is for trial they should advise the Court of the anticipated length of trial and propose mutually agreeable ranges of dates for trial.
