This case is before the Court on the parties' joint motion for continuance filed January 14, 2023, and heard on February 13, 2023, when the case was called from the calendar for trial in Houston, Texas. The parties appeared and were heard.

Premises considered, for the reasons set forth in the joint motion, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that the joint motion for continuance is taken under advisement. It is further ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that on or before April 14, 2023, petitioner provide to respondent any and all documents that petitioner claims will support the position he has taken in this case. It is further

ORDERED that on or before May 15, 2023, the parties, jointly or separately, report in writing to the Court as to the status of the case.
