Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, without costs, and Salvatore C. Adamo, Esq., 350 5th Avenue, Floor 59, New York, New York 10118, is appointed for that purpose (see Labor Law § 538). Claimant-respondent's brief shall be filed and served on or before April 25, 2019. The brief of the Commissioner of Labor, if any, shall be filed and served on or before May 9, 2019.
