ORDER
Before the Court is appellant's November 16, 2016 fourth motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief and to compel the court reporter to file the reporter's record. We DENY appellant's motion to compel the court reporter to file the reporter's record.
We GRANT appellant's motion to extend time to file his brief to the extent that appellant's brief shall be filed on or before Monday, January 23, 2017.
