In Heabler v. Jewel Tea Co. (1963), 42 Ill. App.2d 267 (abstract of opinion), it was held that a valid lien on a joint tenant's interest in real property was not extinguished by the lifetime conveyance of that joint tenant's interest to the other joint tenant.
