In this original proceeding pursuant to EDPL 207, petitioner having moved pursuant to this Court's order for an award of fees and costs in the amount of $119,642.45, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that court attorney referee, Edward Gangarosa, is appointed to conduct a hearing regarding the reasonable award of fees and costs and to report his findings to the Court.
