As petitioner did not elect in his Petition to have this case conducted under the Court's small tax case procedures, on May 24, 2023, the Court amended the docket number of this case by deleting the "S" from the docket number. On January 12, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision which includes the letter "S" in the docket number.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the above-referenced Proposed Stipulated Decision is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before February 7, 2024, the parties shall file a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision.
