HAYSAM EL SALEH SALEH & FATIMA MOHAMAD ALI, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge.

This case was on the January 30, 2023 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. We continued it to allow the parties a chance to settle at Appeals. That didn't work, but respondent is willing to try to resolve it at Counsel. Given the volume of substantiation, it is best to leave this case on a status-report track. The Court does expect the parties to complete informal discovery soon, however, so it is

ORDERED that on or before February 7, 2024 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file a status report to describe progress in completing informal discovery.
