For the reasons set forth in the consolidated case entitled "Jack R. Welch and Willis C. McDonald vs. Edward M. Hayes, F. A. Talley, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and The Aetna Casualty and Surety Company," No. 8263, La. App., 246 So.2d 864, the judgment appealed from is affirmed, with all costs assessed to defendant-appellant.

Affirmed.
