ORDER
By order dated December 15, 2017, the Court ordered the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. Before the Court is appellant's motion for an extension of time to file the reporter's record. We GRANT the motion as follows: We VACATE this Court's December 15, 2017 order. We ORDER Denise Condran, as the Official Court Reporter for County Court at Law No. 4, to file, by January 31, 2018, either the complete reporter's record or written verification that appellant has not paid for the record. We caution appellant that if the Court receives written verification of no payment, the Court will again order the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c).
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Condran and all parties.
