The judgment is affirmed. The defendant is not to have costs for the duplicative appendix to his brief, but is otherwise to have double costs on appeal (G.L.c. 211A, § 15). The defendant is awarded counsel fees on appeal (Mass.R.A.P. 25) in the amount of $1,500. An execution for the sum of the above is to issue out of the Superior Court.
