DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated August 20, 2021. Motion by the attorney for the child for leave to reargue that branch of his prior cross motion which was for leave to file a brief in connection with the appeal, which was determined in a decision and order of this Court dated November 19, 2021, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Renewed motion by the appellant pro se, in effect, to waive the filing fee and for free transcripts.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the attorney for the child and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the appellant and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the attorney for the child is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion by the appellant is denied.
