ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a proper person appeal from a district court dismissal of a civil rights complaint. First Judicial District Court, Carson City; James E. Wilson, Judge.

On January 18, 2011, this court directed appellant to properly serve his civil proper person appeal statement on respondents' counsel and to file a properly completed certificate of service in this court or face dismissal of this appeal. See NRAP 25. Subsequently, on June 21, 2011, this court granted appellant a 15–day extension of time to serve his civil proper person appeal statement and file his certificate of service. To date, appellant still has not filed a certificate of service in this court showing that he has properly served his civil proper person appeal statement on respondents' counsel. Accordingly, we

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
