Respondents Rochester General Hospital, Rochester Regional Health, Mina Ohm, Adrian Leibovici, Mary Marocco, and Robert Rohan having moved to dismiss the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered November 6, 2023, on the ground that the appeal is moot, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed as moot as to the moving respondents.
