Respondent-respondent having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Livingston County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on July 3, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Aaron M. Walker, sworn to August 12, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Charles J. Greenberg, Esq., 3840 East Robinson Road, Suite 318, Amherst, New York 14228, is hereby assigned as counsel for respondent-respondent herein and may submit ten copies of respondent's brief reproduced in accordance with CPLR 5529.
