Present — Martin, P.J., Townley, Glennon, Untermyer and Dore, JJ.


Order denying motion of defendants-appellants for a bill of particulars unanimously modified by providing that the defendants-appellants may renew their motion unless plaintiff shall conclude an examination before trial of the defendants within a period of three months, and as so modified affirmed with twenty dollars costs and disbursements to the respondent. Appeal from order denying motion for resettlement dismissed. No opinion.
