Order unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondent, with leave to defendant to apply at Special Term, within 30 days after service of a copy of the order, with notice of entry, upon his attorney, I. Stanley Stein, to move to open the default as to judgment directed and interpose any defense thereto that he may have.
