MICHAEL H. HARVEY, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On July 5, 2024, the Court received a mailing from petitioner, which was filed under the title "Response to Answer." This filing is more properly characterized as a letter; attached thereto are documents in the nature of evidence. We therefore inform petitioner that those documents have not been received into evidence by the Court, and that, unless otherwise directed by the Court, the appropriate time to present documentary evidence for inclusion in the Court's record is at the trial of this matter.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Response to Answer, filed July 5, 2024, is recharacterized as a Letter.
