UNPUBLISHED OPINION

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a postjudgment order denying a motion to set aside an order regarding child custody. Eighth Judicial District Court, Family Court Division, Clark County; Michele Mercer, Judge.

On October 25, 2022, this court issued an order denying appellant's motion for a second extension of time to file the docketing statement. The order also noted that appellant's fast track statement was overdue and directed appellant to file both documents within 14 days. Instead of filing the documents, appellant filed another motion for an extension of time.

On November 28, 2022, this court entered an order denying appellant's motion for a third extension of time to file the docketing statement and fast track statement and directing appellant to file those documents within 14 days. This court cautioned that failure to comply timely with this court's order could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file the documents or otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, this court

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
