Petitioners filed a motion for reconsideration of Order, on October 4, 2022, objecting to granting of respondent's motion for continuance. The Court held a conference call with the parties on October 11, 2022. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' motion for reconsideration of Order, filed October 4, 2022, is granted, and the Court's Order, dated October 3, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before November 1, 2022, file a joint report detailing the then-present status of this case.
