Petitioner's "Motion to Compel," "Motion for Order Extending Time to File a Reply," "Rule 9.300(d)(10), Florida Rule of Appellate [sic] Separate Request to Toll Time," "Motion for This Court to Enter and Order Directed to District Court Chief Judge to Reconsider Decision Not to Respond May 20, 2008," and "Motion for Leave of Court to Supplement the Habeas Appendix" are hereby denied.
In light of the State of Florida's response, the consolidated petitions are hereby transferred to the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, for consideration as a renewed motion for appointment of appellate counsel in Petitioner's direct appeals of his criminal convictions and sentences in Second District Court of Appeal case numbers 2D03-4626 and 2D03-4825.
Any future pleadings filed regarding this case should be filed in the above mentioned circuit court at 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756.
