Heather Michelle Harter & Adam Joseph Harter Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

The petition in this case was filed on November 4, 2021. Petitioners seek review of the notice of deficiency dated October 25, 2021, issued to them for tax year 2019. On December 22, 2021, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

ORDERED that, on or before January 19, 2022, respondent shall file a Response to this order and attach thereto, a copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioners for 2019 upon which this case is apparently based.
