ORDER
The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit has dismissed plaintiff's appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
Plaintiff may have until October 31, 2009, to provide all documents necessary to permit the United States Marshal Service to effect service of process on defendants. THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER EXTENSION OF THIS DATE.
