C.A. No. 08C-06-216-PLA.

Submitted: October 17, 2008.

Decided: October 20, 2008.

ON PLAINTIFF'S APPEAL DENIED

This 20th day of October, 2008, upon consideration of Plaintiff's Appeal in Errors, it appears to the Court that:1. Following this Court's dismissal of his case and of a subsequent motion for reargument, Plaintiff Clarence Harrison ("Harrison") has submitted a filing captioned as a "Motion to Appeals in Errors of the Law."

IT IS SO ORDERED.
