Upon due consideration of the Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Petitioner Tracy Harrison and to Change Caption, filed May 25, 2022, and petitioners' failure to respond to the Court's Order issued June 1, 2022, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is granted in that Tracy Harrison is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, and the caption of this case is amended to read: "David E. Harrison, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
