Petitioner's motion for reinstatement is hereby granted and it is ordered that the above case is reinstated. Upon further review, jurisdiction is denied on the basis that petitioner has failed to demonstrate an adequate basis for this Court to grant review of the decision of the Fourth District Court of Appeal.
