BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

As the circuit court on January 18, 2012, rendered an order denying the petitioner's “motion to impel court to enter default final judgment to collateral attack, and sanctions, vacating the State's conviction, by relief from judgment, and order defendant discharged from custody ruling”—the subject of the present mandamus petition—the petition is hereby denied as moot.
