Opinion Filed September 4, 2003. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex.R.App.P. 47

On Appeal from the 380th Judicial District Court, Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 380-81746-01. DISMISSED

Before Justices MORRIS, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Todd Jeffrey Harris entered a negotiated guilty plea to the offense of delivery of LSD in an amount of eighty abuse units or more, but fewer than 4000 abuse units. See Tex. Health Safety Code Ann. §§ 481.1021, 481.1121(b)(3) (Vernon 2003). Pursuant to the plea bargain agreement, the trial court sentenced appellant to five years confinement. The trial court's certification reflects that appellant has no right to appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 25.2(d). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
