JUDGMENT

This matter was referred to Magistrate Judge Patrick Hanna for Report and Recommendation. After full consideration of the record, including the absence of objections, the Court concludes the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge is correct and, therefore, adopts the conclusions set forth therein. Accordingly,

It is hereby ORDERED that the plaintiff's civil rights complaint is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE for failing to state a claim for which relief may be granted pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section 1915 and 1915A.
