In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the judgments of the Court of Appeals and the Kent Circuit Court are reversed, and the case is remanded to the Kent Circuit Court for further proceedings in light of Ghrist v Chrysler Corp, 451 Mich. 242 (1996). MCR 7.302(F)(1). Jurisdiction is not retained.
