This case was calendared for trial during the Court's February 16, 2021, Birmingham, Alabama, remote trial session. By Order served February 10, 2021, the Court continued the case and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction. On January 27, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 22) informing the Court that an offer-in-compromise made by petitioner has been rejected and that petitioner has communicated that she intends to appeal respondent's OIC determination. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 29, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
