On March 29, 2022, petitioner filed an incomplete Application for Waiver of Filing Fee in this case in that page 2 of that waiver application form was omitted. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 22, 2022, petitioner shall submit a proper application for waiver of filing fee.
