ORDER

On February 14, 2024, Wesley Hottot of the Institute for Justice, attorney of record for appellees, Ameal Woods and Jordan Davis filed a second "Unopposed Motion to Withdraw Lead Counsel," and to substitute Arif Panju of the Institute for Justice as lead counsel for appellees. The motion is granted. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.5(b), (d).
The Clerk of this Court is directed to note the withdrawal of Wesley Hottot of the Institute for Justice as counsel for appellees and to substitute Arif Panju of the Institute for Justice as counsel for appellees on the docket of this Court, with Arif Panju designated as the new lead counsel in this case.
Hottot's prior motion to withdraw and substitute James T. Knight II is denied as moot.
It is so ORDERED.
