Order

On order of the Court, the motion for reconsideration of this Court's June 24, 2011 order is considered, and it is DENIED, because it does not appear that the order was entered erroneously.

MARKMAN, J., would grant the motion for reconsideration and, on reconsideration, would hold this case in abeyance for Hoffner v. Lanctoe, 489 Mich. 877, 796 N.W.2d 50 (2011), for the reasons set forth in his dissenting statement in this case, 489 Mich. 964, 798 N.W.2d 763 (2011).
