June 8, 1987.


It is ordered: 1. that the judgment of conveyance which was entered in the Superior Court, on July 3, 1986, is affirmed, with double costs; 2, that the case is to stand for hearing before the trial judge on the question of damages sustained by the plaintiffs in accordance with par. 3 of the judgment under Mass.R.Civ.P. 54(b) that was entered on September 19, 1985; and 3, that any award of damages under (2) hereof shall include the counsel fees and expenses incurred by the plaintiffs in connection with the appeals to this court, in such reasonable amounts as may be determined by the trial judge.
