Amended judgment in favor of the plaintiff, canceling of record, on the ground of payment, a bond and mortgage executed by the plaintiff to the defendant, and dismissing the defendant's counterclaim, in which he sought to foreclose the said bond and mortgage, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
