The order denying appellant's request for additional jail time credit is reversed and remanded for consideration on the merits in light of Hidalgo v. State, 24 Fla. L. Weekly D776 (Fla. 3d DCA March 24, 1999). The trial court did not have the benefit of Hidalgo at the time of its ruling.

Reversed and remanded.
