JUDGMENT
JOHN A. KRONSTADT, DISTRICT JUDGE
On October 27, 2022, the Court issued an Order re: Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment of Defendants and Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment of Defendant Efreightsolutions Holdings, LLC (collectively, the “Motions”).
In accordance with the above-referenced Order, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED as follows:
1. Plaintiff's Motions are DENIED as to Defendant Archgate TMS, LLC only;
2. Plaintiff's Motions are GRANTED IN PART as to the remaining Defendants; and
3. Judgment is entered for Plaintiff and against (1) Archgate TMS solutions, LLC dba Archgate TMS Solutions, (2) Efreightsolutions Holdings, LLC dba Efreighsolutions Holdings, (3) Efreightsolutions, LLC dba Efreighsolutions, (4) Efreight LLC dba Efreight, (5) EFSWW LLC dba EFSWW, (6) Cartage Now, LLC dba Cartage Now, (7) Cartage Systems, LLC dba Cartage Systems, (8) Power Pay, LLC dba Power Pay, (9) ExactDirect, LLC dba ExactDirect, (10) Coscoex USA, LLC dba Coscoex USA, (11) Techknowlogi Holdings, LLC dba Techknowlogi Holdings, and (12) William Spencer Askew in the amount of $941,000.50, or $928,328.00 in compensatory damages, $12,672.50 in attorneys' fees, and costs of $awarded pursuant to Local Rule 54-2.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
