STIPULATION

Counsel for Plaintiff's and Counsel for Defendants hereby stipulate to an extension of the deadline for Plaintiffs to file a supplemental brief in opposition to Defendants' motion for summary judgment on qualified immunity. Pursuant to this Stipulation, Counsel hereby respectfully request this Court modify its Order, dated January 15, 2004, as follows:

1. Plaintiffs shall have until Monday, May 3, 2004, in which to file their supplemental memorandum in opposition to Defendants' motion for summary judgment.
