ORDER


On May 10, 2004, Defendants Brent Pollock and Scott Barnett filed a Motion to Strike Scheduled Hearing and Extend Time for Performance of an Act. In their motion, Defendants request that the court strike the hearing scheduled for May 27, 2004, They also request that they be allowed to file their supplemental reply to Plaintiffs' Supplemental Memorandum in Opposition to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment on Qualified Immunity as well as their opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment on June 4, 2004.

The court ORDERS as follows:

1. For good cause shown, Defendants' Motion to Strike Scheduled Hearing and Extend Time for Performance of an Act is GRANTED.

2. The May 27, 2004 hearing on all pending motions is stricken. A hearing on all pending motions will be held on Thursday, August 5, 2004, at 3:00 p.m.

3. Defendants may file a supplemental reply to Plaintiffs' Supplemental Memorandum in Opposition to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment on Qualified Immunity no later than June 4, 2004.

4. Defendants may file an opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment no later than June 4, 2004.
